I wonder what is the reason Wikipedia uses CSS Image masks instead of traditional SVG code, it looks ugly on initial load...
The icon that is loading the mask image, looks like just a black block. The specific CSS code for the mask-image section is a Data URI link to the SVG arrow icon.
