Yup... and oligarchs are basically his court, not a government for the people.
Trump loves Putin and Xi because they rule as monarchs. He thinks he should too. He wants to run the US govt as if it was his own private company where he answers to no one. He doesn't understand or care that in order to do that, he has to destroy the very idea of the US as a democracy.

Major news! A court in Montana has just declared SB458, a bill that "defines sex" in a way that ends the legal recognition of transgender people in Montana, as facially unconstitutional.
This is the first time a bill defining sex has been ruled on!

By law, an officer appointed as chairman of the Joint Chiefs must have served as a vice chairman or must have previously overseen a military service or a combatant command. Caine did not serve in any of those positions. This requirement can be waived, however, if the president “determines such..."
