While I was out keeping an eye on my older girl who’s having some tummy issues, Yogi was doing laps in the yard. I told him to go find his toy toy. He started out with a large tree branch and then started running around with this 🤦🏼♀️

I originally didn’t plan on recording - then Skye looked at the wall of plastic and it was priceless. I took out my phone to record the last half of our interaction with it - her puppy mind was blown.
We also worked on a few other CGC test items. She rocked it. Tonight’s training was a success.

Playing Leslie McDevitt’s LAT while out at a brewery. It’s amazing what several months of steady positive reinforcement can do.
The best part? He chose to settle into a down on his own in a chaotic environment.

At 5 years old, Skye has started classes to earn her CGC title through AKC. Yesterday, we got to see where we were at. We are in really good shape, but test items can definitely be polished.
After class, the three of us went for a nice walk through the fields at a local park.
