Healthcare system reform needs strategic consideration of the following theories: economics, systems, game, political, ethical, organizational, informational. We need to establish checkpoints and timestamps.

March on Washington August 28th 'health is a human right'

Building a coalition will enable constitutional reform. Foreign conflict is killing us. That money, if spent on healthcare and research could be healing us

Our AI race with China is at its core a race for agentic hegemony.

The question remains, which hegemon will the people prefer?

Will human rights and values be more amplified by Chinese AI or US AI?

One subsumes them to profit, the other to power.

Perhaps we need to reflect on that.

"If technology is just the domain of six hyperscalers, we will fail" -Davos 2026-

Given the economic environment that has enabled this, concentration of wealth.

A political front is manipulating the levers of power for these hyperscalers to concentrate agency as well.

The antithesis of democracy

Fellow 🇺🇲's Aug 28th March on the Capitol.

"Health is a human right"

This is unacceptable.

Many countries have provisions for health in their constitution.

1-10% of the US population holds deeply racist views.

It's not a coincidence that a similar percentage share in the majority of the wealth.

That means 90% of us can live outside of that fear.

I suggest americans get together and buy one of these companies. Then do a little remodeling. We can vertically integrate our own competitive healthcare system model. It's our turn to exert monopoly power.

We can undercut the competition by simply employing an ethical business plan.

💯 nuts, however. What if a huge % of profit from those sneaker sales pay into a fund to rebuild our healthcare system?

Like NPR does with totes

Also sneakers must be made in a fair trade facility. Not sure Nike can deliver, but they definitely should!

We gotta get organized, a march on the Capitol could help! I see Mark as capable of building some tools we can use along the way.

This is a Titanic scale of dysfunction we're facing. it's all hands on deck 🚢

The true "tale" is not just of two hospitals, but of two Americas—one with the resources to build a thriving health system, and another where the hospital itself is a fragile lifeline in an environment that constantly undermines health.

That Third way report provides analysis of hospital management and pricing. However, it stops short of analyzing the socioeconomic and environmental burden of the communities themselves, which is the fundamental soil from which patient health—and hospital challenges—grow.
