TX has had this policy4ever. Their other trick is make u so miserable u quit on ur own. Don’t EVER give a 2 week notice when they fire u. It releases them from having to pay you unemployment. Fvck them, don’t let’em get out of that 🤬😡

I think it’s great how well Dems did everywhere, but I agree: flipping in the more square shaped, solidly red states that’ve been Rep for forever are the bigger story.
