Life is so much harder when I think I can control people, places and things.

I still get crazy about hard things but I'm much better at giving it to my Higher Power today.

I'm human and I have the ability to synthesize information. Propaganda doesn't really work on me and I'm free from the lie of tribalism.

Powerlessness does cause fear...

My practice right now is staying in the day, sometimes the hour. Prayer, meditation and filling my mind with hope.

I will not allow uncertainty and fear dictate how I show up in the world and I will not let it steal me joy.
