I'm not ashamed to say that, aside from making me an instant subscriber, this video threw me into a rabbit hole of watching the other ones from this channel, which are equally insightful, entertaining and nerdy. A truly hidden gem for #publictransport enthusiasts!

Yeah, I feel you. If you can find source code implementing the full process, it might be easier to build from there or adapt your current code to do the same. Back then I started my work from a small Matlab script authored by Petr Lobaz. Check out his more recent code: gitlab.com/petr.lobaz/C...

Do you use Discord? The community from the /r/holography subreddit created a server there where you might find people who are less rusty in these topics and could perhaps help you more than I can :) discord.gg/ZXkapzQYuQ

It's been several years since I worked on this, so my memory is a bit fuzzy, but at the time I did virtual reconstruction of images from a digital hologram, so it is definitely possible to test a CGH pattern before printing it.

I haven't personally printed the holograms I created, since they were mostly experiments in data compression rather and not that visually interesting, so I'm afraid I can't help you much there.

Hi! Wow it's so cool to see other people coming across this page and finding it useful! Let me know if you find anything that's incomplete, confusing or incorrect :)

The final minutes are where the creator shares thoughts about the meaning and moral significance of the subject. The whole thing is pretty interesting and informative, but even if you only watch the final minutes of the video, it will be worth your while.

Amazing! I'm trying to get back into reading fiction but progress has been slow 😅 maybe comics would be a good hack indeed!

That's great to hear! I have actually gone through two periods of forced digital detox recently (my phone screen broke and had to be repaired but there was an issue so it had to be sent back twice) so now I'm experimenting with minimizing social media use to see if it helps with focus 😁

Nice to see you too! Not sure how active I'll be here but just making sure I check things out and follow some cool folks 😁

Muitos buracos, it doesn't hold up to scrutiny 😩 Mas a caracterização, atuação e fotografia estão muito bons!
