I really enjoyed this book. Beautiful writing and honest questions asked about women as they expand themselves and are met with what society will define them to be or not be. Set after the 2nd WW in the Pacific NW

💙📚🎧 All good books. I listened to Lakewood. It reminded me of Ray Bradbury. Anita De Monte Laughs Last was good AND it was based on an real life Cuban feminist artist who was killed by her husband. Wish the author had acknowledged this, that the story was written about her,she just changed her name
