Voltaren gel takes the edge off for me. We can get it otc in the US but double check with your dr. Maybe a heat pack would help? I’ve got cervical stenosis, bulging discs, a torn disc, and a bone spur and it causes migraines & lingual dystonia. Not trying to compare at all, I just understand 😅😅
