I agree with you, but I think some other strong candidates are border cities along the TX/Mexico international boundary.

Same. It is a bimodal distribution with not much in the middle. There is a “conservative, respect the military portion” and on the other end a “love the outdoors portion”…

Agreed. We have already made the call to augment our staffing, including 24 hour operations, and have briefed every available person not on shift (which is me and one other) to be flexible.
