At that time, my dad was a railroader at the Katy Rail Yard office behind the depository. And a trombone player in Ruby's club on some nights. He said he was a strange dude.

I was at the Katy Freight house behind the school book depository. I was 7, did not hear a thing until mom an dad showed up in a tizzy. They were up on Commerce, I think.

He and I go back to the first disaster. He disappeared about 60 days ago for a month, came back, said only it was health, and now disappeared again for another near 30. I check in, looking to see if he is ok.
