If you’re running off battery power, then it’s probably battery issues, but if you’re plugged in, it’s more likely overheating. Might need vents cleaned
As far as LLM stuff goes, I think you can turn that off, but I’m still using Monterey on an old Intel MacBook so don’t know for sure
