I never thought that the president the United States, the country that I put my life on the line to defend in Vietnam, would make me embarrassed to be an American. His disgraceful treatment of President Zelensky, on national television, did just that. I currently am embarrassed to be an American.

I’m currently trying out both of the recently approved continuous glucose monitors, the Lingo and the Stelo. After a month, I will decide which one is better for me.

I think I will enjoy this platform. The mood is completely different without all the negativity!
