This US shutdown is also affecting Canadians who were enrolled or about to be enrolled in medical trials with US based partners. Intra country medical trials happens A LOT.
Doesn’t matter….all NIH research and funds are frozen, all cancer trials stopped, all drug trials stopped. Lots of Medicare and Medicaid, and seniors with private coverage are in those trials and stopping those trials is KILLING people
