I knew that my disease would lead to progressive disability. It was an inevitability.
My job was to extend mobility as long as humanly possible. I still work on that.

Addiction would never be allowed to make my situation worse than it is.

Congenital disease makes you a monstrous strong creature.🙂

I started taking them at 17.

I made 3 wise decisions at an age that I was supposed to be mostly unstable. They have served me well in life.

1. Cut meds in half or quarters. Take the speck when work is done. Never deviate from that pattern.
2. Go vegetarian.
3. Stay active, obsessively so.

If you're in a group on his kill list, you should surely avoid this, no matter any cost savings.

...all to avoid a low dose opiate, is that you find out whether your doctor is so consumed with fear that it's dangerous to the patient to continue to see them.

The only benefit to the plethora of unsuitable & unethical meds that doctors throw at patients with chronic painful disease, like anti-convulsives, anti-psychotics, anti-seizure meds...

And if you invest in a self owned outpatient surgical center, you can go up into 7 figures.

The only drawback is that you actually have to see patients, not just call them on the phone.

You/cohorts pulled a scam to get rich. Take a year fellowship and Hey Presto! you become a specialist in all painful diseases.

Tramadol (dog medicine) doesn't work. Trazadone gave us dark, disturbed sleep.

My senior cohorts & I knew that those were ineffective decades ago, don't recommend them or prescribe them.

Just thought you might enjoy confirmation by the real experts.

The really sad thing is that folks who used them like me for about 50 years, without addiction. We know things you don't know about addiction and don't believe in. And you will not learn from your patients, who you believe lie.

There are actually folks with congenital arthritis and osteoporosis. You won't see us often, admittedly.

But that 50 years of bone deterioration body wide is just a wee little bit more than moderate pain.

But that just must be the addiction talking. 🙄

That's okay. We really have to focus on addiction rather than 50 years of medications that cause liver/kidney damage. Call me shocked.

But that's are just in older folks, not those precious valuable fetuses.

I was invaded by the neighbor's pigs once.

I chased 3 350 lb. hogs out of my yard with a broom while in my jammies. Foolish and dangerous, as I look back.

I called our wildlife organization and they said it was probably a roaming band of "jacks", young male burros. She said they're quite strong and mischievous. 😁

It's illegal to feed them, but I can put a five gallon bucket of water at their entry point. I'll take the feeders in at night.
