Quite the opposite. They claim that everything they do is legal and justified. They sell their takeover in rationalizations and spew it forth through the media to convince a large portion of the population that their words are truth.

If only the courts stand between Trump and his desire for full authoritarianism and if those courts have no enforcement power, its only a matter of time before Trump drops the charade of going through courts and simply defies orders and does whatever he wants.

I think we're about at that point.
