Picadillo (or a version of it)
-season and brown a pound of ground beef. set aside
-saute 2 white onions and 6 cloves of garlic, deglaze with wine.
-add the beef, add RAISINS and GREEN OLIVES (yes you heard me), cumin, paprika
-add a little more wine and/or stock, cover and simmer
-serve over rice
