I can't quite recall what ended Shannys run as DOPS. He gave out a 12 or 20 game suspension to (who?) and it was eventually rescinded by Bettman, right?

Not trolling. Both teams built similar with 3-4 high end players taking up most of cap and the rest a rotating cast of fill ins. Except somehow the Oilers stars bring more during high leverage games and get more from supporting cast. Both teams suck for different reasons maybe?
