I'm in a good headspace again & got my mind trained on this new hobby that I'm quickly growing passionate towards. I could still use more friends tho, but other than that, I'm not gonna promise anything else 👉👉

It started affecting me in the opposite direction, & a little afterwards, it had put my self-esteem into the floor. I dropped the habit 2 months ago & began an exercise routine another half-month after that.
