Russia is pressuring the U.S. to block Ukraine from getting Tomahawks, because they’d put nearly 2k Russian military targets within reach. Ukraine’s long-range drones can’t hit hardened sites like Yelabuga’s drone factory or Engels-2 Air Base, but Tomahawks could. (ISW)
