:((( definitely a sad thing to learn about at a young age, and especially when it directly impacts animals that intrigue you! I remember learning about pollution and global warming at a young age and how sad that made me. and then checking out library books about recycling and composting

I was mainly venting but if you have a suggestion I'm all ears! I've taken all the meds that should help, and burping helps briefly but then the feeling comes back:( I think maybe dark chocolate triggered it but idk. it happened a few wks ago too and the next day things settled back down so 🤞
