Grateful to share science and reconnect with fellow NP chemists at the ASP Meeting in Grand Rapids! Huge thanks to UNCG Chem and Dr. Nadja Cech for supporting my research while running the MS Core Lab. I was excited to present our metabolomics work on some Pandanus spp. in collab with UST.

Thrilled to share that Dr. Norman Chiu and I received the NC Biotech Impact Innovation Grant to support the Triad MS Facility in getting a high-sensitivity, high-res mass spectrometer!
My first grant win—feels amazing. As Drs. Oberlies & Cech say: “Doesn’t it feel good to win?”

Hi LC-MS folks. Has anybody noticed that CFMID from Wishart Lab is down? I'm not sure if their site is down or is it our connection. Thanks

Thank you, MZmine Team! Yes, when I started using MZmine 4.4.3, this issue has been fixed. Whenever I open a previously saved project, it loads the correct spectral library annotations. Thank you!

Hi MZmine folks. I used the spectral library search of the Annotation module and could identify some peaks then I saved and closed MZmine. When I opened the saved MZmine project, I seemed to have lost the original annotations. Can anyone explain why? Thanks. @mzmine.bsky.social

I am really enjoying the evolution of mzmine. I started using it a couple of years ago with ver 2.53 and now here we are at ver 4. I'm still using ver 4.2, but there's already a 4.3. It's super convenient for non-targeted LC-MS/MS analyses and very user-friendly for beginners. @mzmine.bsky.social
