All about that #DadLife, sports & critical thinking. Twitter refugee looking for what that place used to be. Spent 19 years as a Florida Man and lived to tell about it. Dogs rule. Make America a Democracy Again. I get the show.
Yep. Right down there with Troy Aikman.

Yep. I've never liked the "let them play" argument. Why should the rules for what's allowed in the final minutes be different than the rest of a game?

I misread that response as being to my initial post. But yeah, it's not a great argument.

I did too. Had to replay it to make sure I heard what I thought I heard. Did enjoy Kevin Burkhardt poking him a little with the reaction afterward.

He's still really bad. He has improved a bit, although that's an incredibly low bar.
I'm with you on his wardrobe. Maybe he thinks they'll have an NFL fashion show before the Super Bowl?

What are you talking about? I never really cared either way about him as a player. You seem to be the one hung up on balls.
As a broadcaster, though, that line after all the times he complained on the field about not getting a flag, both with the Pats and the Bucs, is quite the leap.

That's clearing the lowest bar possible. Like saying he's better than a toddler calling the game. Someone must have refined his/its programming for this season.

And I thought listening to Jerry Glanville back in the day was bad...

Didn't love him as a player, but didn't hate him either. But he's such a bad announcer. And he may be a robot.

His smarm has made my skin crawl for years.
