Since I was diagnosed with hypothyroidism, I’ve been avoiding foods that are high in iodine, such as seaweed. My doctor’s advised me to increase my intake of zinc and iron, but to obtain them from food rather than supplements, as supplements can easily lead to excessive intake…It’s quite difficult…😣

Since I was diagnosed with hypothyroidism, I’ve been avoiding foods that are high in iodine, such as seaweed. My doctor’s advised me to increase my intake of zinc and iron, but to obtain them from food rather than supplements, as supplements can easily lead to excessive intake…It’s quite difficult…😣
