I think they are decreasing due to the court case in CA that says Trump doesn’t have the authority to end round the Governors without declaring/proving laws aren’t being enforced. Which is why ICE is becoming more violent to incite riots.

Of course they did. I would have been shocked if they hadn’t done so. What this does show you is that the loyalist run deep in the various agencies because the leadership didn’t know the report existed.
