Like its not totally 1 for 1 parallels, as Erichthonios is more forward and openly frustrated with Lahabrea's emotional neglect, whereas Shinji reacted to Gendo's emotional neglect with anxiety & dejection. Both struggle with self confidence as a result!

I can say that, given Themis is inspired by Kaworu, it's pretty safe to assume that Erichthonios parallels a similar role Shinji plays in NGE! Both even have strained relationships with their fathers (Lahabrea & Gendo) with fond if distant feelings about their mother (Athena & Yui)
