It's important to keep in mind that, despite how Yuuki feels about Simon and how much she still deeply cares for and loves him... he IS wrong and a villain. Not just a villain...a SUPER villain. He is a psychopath willing to kill millions for his ambition.

Simon, despite willfully working for ATLAS, and eventually becoming the head of ATLAS, does not wish to turn them into weapons. Still misguided, his intention is to find a cure. Heavily motivated by his obsession with Yuuki. He has seen first hand how her mutation has kept her from a normal life.

It's also notably that ATLAS considered her a problem to be solved, a weapon to create and be sold to the highest bidder. Most of them did not engage with her as a person, even as a small child.
Save for Simon, who comparatively was gentler and kinder to her. He was also close to her age.

Evo's are studier than the average human, so primarily they used her to help test others and see who was stronger and what new info they could gain. Yuuki would often be on the losing end but be dragged out alive still, even if bruised with broken bones regularly. It is not a shock she ran away.

It is also important to note, she was purchased by ATLAS as an infant from her biological parents. They forced her from a young age into stressful conditions to even trigger her mutation. Then labeled her a threat for the mutation she formed and tested on her daily.

It's likely her mutation will continue to develop new oddities if put under further stress. But at current, these are the primary functions.

Or perhaps not manipulate. She bites others and can now, inversely, inject them with blood they are compatible with to help stabilize others. It also seems her saliva has gained a healing property to quickly close wounds.

Recently, it appears her mutation has evolved under the stress of Mercer potentially abandoning her. She now only requires 3 hours of sleep a night. She has also learned, shockingly, how to heal. Although unorthodox, it appears her time with Mercer taught her a new way to manipulate blood.

Her mutation also messes with the electro magnetic field around her. Making her not appear on cameras for photos or video. It also makes her appear to lack a reflection. Unfortunately, the aura also makes people grow uneasy the longer they are around her, and sick if for much too long.

Regardless of the form, so long as she's able to bite a victim and drink from them successfully, she can extend the length of the eclipse for an additional turn. When it does end, she will always go unconscious and be helpless for a time. She never remembers the events during the blood moon.

As a bat, if you are familiar with Dispatch, you might know a character named Sonar? Yeah, that. She becomes a horrific monstrous bat form that starts going berserker with no sense or reason. Talking is pointless. Will focus on the closest target. Her strength is enhanced in this form.

As a bunny, she loses the ability for speech. It seems she becomes more in touch with a true bunny mentality. She seems to run faster than ever and focus on fleeing. It's uncertain if she understands int his form, but is certainly more skittish and frightened.

Humanoid, she becomes like a vicious version of herself. Cannot be reasoned with. She will attempt to bite the nearest target to her, including allies. She cannot control herself and it is pointless to attempt to talk to her in this state. It's best to contain her or knock her out.

However, under high stress, Yuuki can trigger a phenomenon called 'Blood Raize' in which she forced a blood moon eclipse. For the duration of the eclipse, she is in a berserker mode with no control of herself. This affects her different forms differently.

Additionally, she developed fangs and her nails grow at a rapid rate. It's not all bad, as she gained the ability to shift into limited forms. Her main one she uses being a bunny! Although she can also become a bat. Under normal circumstances, they are small and harmless. Like in nature.

She doesn't need to eat, or drink water, or even breath. She does need to sleep, but minimally. The biggest need is for blood, daily, albeit only a small amount. It also has to be from a human being, it cannot be animal blood. She starts getting sick and becoming feral the longer she goes without.

Evo mutants mutation tends to get more powerful the more they use it. It's why some may choose to train, others might force people to use theirs until it's horrifying. But those like Yuuki, theirs get stronger just by them existing. Not to say there is no balance, but her struggle is around control.

Frankly she thinks she's a freak, a monster, and is aware due to her mutation, she gives off a vibe that makes people uncomfortable the longer they spend time around her. She used to cry about it as a child, now she uses flirting as a coping mechanism under stress

Kitsu is aware she's considered charming and beautiful. She doesn't abuse this, but she's not against flaunting it from time to time. Especially when fast talking a target to get a good hit in, or stealing from a target an important item. Although she's more likely to bare her fangs as a threat.

Chione thinks they look as scarred and hideous as they feel. If that makes sense. They were forced to become a vampire, an already horrible thing. Then forced to serve in a war they knew they were likely going to die in. They hate them self, looks and all.

Lampaat does not consider themself beautiful, but they also don't think they are ugly perse. They think much less about their own appearance, and tend to spend time admiring others unique traits. To them, their new sheep-like traits are neat, but nothing crazy.
