Judges have inherent powers to refer an attorney ‘s conduct to a state bar association to investigate if the attorney deserves to be sanctioned & disciplined. Federal judges should do this to Halligan & DOJ attorneys in Comey case. Sanctions or disbarment will stop their bs & restore rule of law.
