Web Summit delivered exactly what we needed; a pulse check on the ecosystem. Seeing how teams tackle familiar challenges with fresh perspectives, understanding which trends have real momentum versus hype, and reconnecting with the energy that comes from being surrounded by people building things.

The highlight was meeting the team at Migam, Dulce from Shft Night and the @framer.com team, whom we met at their event. Sometimes the best connections happen when you're not actively hunting for them. We had some fascinating conversations that are still percolating.

The last two days focused on team bonding with outdoor activities 🚣 , nature walks 🏃, and conversations that can only happen when you're not on mute.

The first two days were spent working from our retreat location, tackling projects and strategising with the rare luxury of being in the same room.
