Just some idiot posted in a subreddit that they ship a lesbian with her male best friend/surrogate brother and then tried to say folks were just basing her sexuality on her appearance when they got pushback as if we didn’t watch hundreds of hours of a D&D campaign where she’s canonically a lesbian.

I was hoping we’d get an announcement for the Respawn Jedi game tbh, so I’m a little bummed they weren’t there but the Control and Fate of the Olde Republic announcements make up for it.

I think it’s more that the Respawn Jedi game isn’t ready yet, Battlefield is already out, and their sports games release later in the year so they had no reason to be there since the next ME game is a long ways off.

Unless they have a game that’s gonna release in the next 6 months I wouldn’t expect them to have a presence because they don’t do long marketing campaigns anymore.

I can understand that, I’m interested to see how Alan Wale 2 impacted what’s happening in the game especially given what the Alan Wake dlc for Control implied and that Control DLC for Alan Wake 2 said that the FBC was still locked down 6 years later. I wonder if Mr. Door did something to Jesse.

I’m gonna guess because they have a bigger story they want to tell that requires both Dylan and Jesse and needed a vehicle to get Dylan out of his coma. The two of them are powerful utilitarians, I wouldn’t be surprised if someone has trapped Jesse somewhere like Alan Wake was in the Dark Place.

It’s a day one purchase for me because I love everything about the Remedyverse but I get why you wouldn’t want to play it.

Nah, I was just saying that it’s possible we’ll get to play as her again sooner than folks think.

I don’t think we’ll get to play as her in Resonant, but I wouldn’t count it out for a dlc given that she was playable in one of the Alan Wake 2 DLC’s.

Yep, as the trailer showed Jesse has gone missing. I’m guessing she’ll be in the game in some fashion like Dylan was in Control. But parautilitarians like Jesse, Alan Wake, and Saga Anderson often have the things that make them special fuck things up for them too.

It was a lot of fun trying to figure out how to save everyone.

I loved that game.

Yeah, I felt that way about all the girls for different reasons but especially Swann.

I definitely would. It deals with bigotry a lot, especially transphobia, misogyny, and racism, but the ending was so hopeful that it made getting through those parts worth it imo.

I haven’t watched the entire franchise yet but I’ve seen some episodes before, I just know that there is a movie titled Twin Peaks: Fire Walk With Me which I believe is a prequel to the series.
