Among our founders’ grievances: The king “obstructed Admin of Justice…made Judges dependent on his Will…sent swarms of Officers to harrass our people…cut off Trade w/the world…deprived us…of the benefits of Trial by Jury…transported us beyond Seas to be tried for pretended offences…” Sound familiar?
