Silly me thinking we still had a chance when RM went 🤦🏻♂️ Zero point in recruiting to stay up now, poach (if they'd come) high end Champ players ready for next season & sit down with this squad asking who will stay - ship those that don't out ASAP, that's if anyone will have them... #SaintsFC

That last paragraph is telling, the board weren't expecting such a struggle with the step up - but at least they've acknowledged it & hopefully now will recruit someone with a more flexible approach to the squad at hand. Which, call me mad, I think CAN stay up... #SaintsFC

Although I think it was "handball", I was under the impression that if the ball was deflected onto the arm it wasn't deemed to be a foul ? #SaintsFC
