The more I hear Sen. Tom Cotton, the more he sounds like a mental breakdown needing psychiatric intervention. I believe he's hallucinating rationalizations, just like the rest of the republicans he's creating ideations that may not exist. So show us the damn tape Cotton and get some psychiatric help
