And yes - the blazor lifecycles can be “fun” to deal with.

It depends on the application and the team. I like Blazor + Radzen for commercial applications where the interfaces consist mostly of forms, tables, reporting, etc.

If I need a more interactive interface (E.g., consumer facing app) then I prefer .net on the background and angular on the frontend.
