The #EU Agency for #Cybersecurity (#enisa_eu) has published their latest analysis of 4875 #incidents over a period spanning from 1/72024 to 30/6/2025. #Phishing remains primary target.

Mening Nederlanders gevraagd over verkeers-veiligheidsmaatregelen Nieuwsbericht | 08-01-2025 | 06:00 Nederlanders kunnen online aangeven wat zij de beste maatregelen vinden om het verkeer veiliger te maken. Op een speciale website kan iedereen aangeven welke maatregelen zij zouden willen zien, waarbij zij ook rekening moeten houden met de kosten. De website is hoeveiligonderweg.nl. Het ministerie neemt de uitkomsten van deze raadpleging mee in een aanvullend maatregelenpakket voor verkeersveiligheid. Voor de zomer wordt daarover meer bekend. Allerlei scenario’s Nederlanders kunnen hun mening geven over de uitersten van allerlei maatregelen. Daar zitten ook maatregelen bij die niet in lijn zijn met de huidige plannen van het ministerie. Zo kunnen mensen hun voorkeur aangeven voor het invoeren van een helmplicht, terwijl het ministerie nu inzet op het stimuleren van vrijwillig gebruik van de helm. Voor tien soorten maatregelen kunnen Nederlanders aangeven hoeveel geld ze willen investeren. Rechts daarvan is direct te zien voor welke afname dit zorgt voor wat betreft verkeersdoden en verkeersgewonden. Er is een maximaal budget dat kan worden uitgegeven. De vragenlijst wordt óók voorgelegd aan een groep mensen die representatief is voor de Nederlandse bevolking. Het ministerie vindt het echter belangrijk om alle mensen een kans te geven om hierover mee te denken, vandaar dat de vragenlijst ook voor iedereen online beschikbaar is. Trend breken In 2023 vielen er 684 dodelijke slachtoffers en 7.400 ernstig verkeersgewonden. De meeste slachtoffers vallen onder fietsers. De verwachting is dat het aantal verkeersgewonden stijgt in de komende jaren, zélfs als er extra maatregelen worden genomen. Volgens onderzoek zijn de belangrijkste oorzaken de bevolkingsgroei, de meer gereden kilometers en dat mensen op hogere leeftijd blijven fietsen.
