Demoff does not believe one should have the ability to hire a 4th coach. He hopes his inclusion and involvement in building out the side alongside Smith should facilitate much better change of results. Believes in the DNA of KSE and and core org-building principles.

Are you reconsidering the game model and philosophy?
Want to be an aggressive front-footed team. Didn't do it to the level they may have wanted to but the idea and principles are likely to remain the same as well as the player acquisition.

How important is the World Cup for the Rapids?
Very important for the team. Smith notes there's not many fans coming to the stadium so having engagement from and buy in from new fans into the World Cup should help translates new fans and viewership.
