yeah i used to have body hair very similar to yours and even with my shaving and exfoliating regimen i still get ingrown hairs, but less than when i didn’t shave

i have very similar skin and i have not found a complete fix (yet?), but i think IPL has at least made the chicken skin look less red and irritated on my upper arms and back of my thighs and thinned it out a bit on my lower arms
