This weekend will be the first time a music festival will be hosting a Self-Defense 101 workshop via the art of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.

I'll be teaching the class based on my 5+ years of experience in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu which consists of BJJ and MMA competitions while serving in the US Air Force.
