It does feed itself at times too, but even when it does, the other one still comes and feeds it :D

you can't really see in the video, but the grey one does appear to have some kind of issue around one of its eyes.. some kind of growth, so not sure if it's a parent taking care of a child/partner/elder, but def some kind of care giving situation going on :)

i dun think it's an introduction kinda deal, cos they just showed up outside my backdoor one day, and I heard the grey one squawking so I went out to see what was happening. I'm sure they've come back cos I gave em food, but def not introductory in this case.

Very much so like what happened. Just sitting here reading stuff, and it finally popped and came back. Not quite all the way there yet, but enough of a relief that I can function properly again! (or as properly as I'm able anyway 😂)

well I can only wait and hope I guess. Been no action on it so far. Haven't even been notified about anything like that

oh, and if you mean changed the rules on charging for meter upgrades, that's a no.. they're still charging for it, as unless the meter is broken, it's still considered functional enough to not need replacing

nah I only heard this on the news just the other day. It's a totally new thing. Basically I'm diabled, don't earn enough to pay the $1000 to get a meter,(which should be the property owners problem really) so I, along with most of the people that really NEED the free power, will miss out on it :|

yep... and really, if anyone needs that free power, it's people like me who are getting ripped off by not having an off peak meter for hot water etc., but since we don't have smart meters, we don't qualify :\

I looked in to getting one years ago after I moved in here as I don't have an off peak meter either.. it was $1000 back then, so probably even more by now

yup.. plus I'm in a rental, so not even my meter really

mm that would be so nice! I don't even have a smart meter here, so I can't even take advantage of the free power they're talkign about doing next year!
