What funding is available? 💷

We will fund five intakes of three to five fellows for each doctoral programme, with awards of around £12 million per programme.

Why are we funding this? 💡

Healthcare professionals play an essential role in generating new knowledge about health and disease. But in the UK, the number who are research-active is falling.

This call will fund outstanding discovery research training in inclusive research environments.
