Zorg moet altijd toegankelijk zijn, voor iedereen. Ziekenhuizen moeten kogelvrij zijn. Medicijnen beschikbaar. En zorgverleners veilig.

💊💰 Mooie uitkomst debat Tweede Kamer met minister van VWS over geneesmiddelenbeleid van 1 oktober: de minister zegt toe het cost-plus-plus-model te onderzoeken voor het bepalen van een eerlijke medicijnprijs.

Cost-plus-plus = kostprijs ➕ eerlijke winstmarge ➕ bijdrage voor nieuw onderzoek.

Voor een gezonde en stabiele wereld moet Nederland investeren in mondiale gezondheid en multilaterale samenwerking.

Dit gaven wij mee aan de Kamercommissie voor Buitenlandse Handel & Ontwikkelingshulp die vandaag een rondetafelgesprek houdt over de impact van het wegvallen van #USAID budgetten.

🌍 Over the years, the impact of our work to achieve health justice has become evident, globally and nationally. For example, usage of the Intersectional Community Scorecard, a #MakeWay tool, resulted in dedicated youth corners in health centers in Kenya.
