Instructions have been left by the teachers on their lesson plan websites (see below), or on Google Classroom, or on Seesaw/Remind in the lower elementary grades, or printed work was sent home. School and buses will be two hours late tomorrow, Wednesday, December 10, 2025. Thank you — enjoy your evening, and stay warm and safe!

Due to the forecasted snow and increasing winds throughout the afternoon, Win-E-Mac schools will have an early release with buses leaving at 12:30. There will be no after school activities or programs. Senior High students will be allowed to leave as soon as they finish lunch. Additionally, whenever school is two hours late (which has not been determined for tomorrow at this time), before school activities are canceled (not two hours later).

Starting December 1st, Mrs. Strom will host a Help Room in her classroom! From 3:15 to 4:00 on Mondays and 7:45 to 8:15 on Wednesdays, students in 7th through 12th grades can get help with any subject. See poster below!

Win-E-Mac School will once again be having their annual Giving Tree. We will be sharing the “stars” virtually again this year. We will anonymously post “stars” for the Win-E-Mac School District that may have a need this holiday season for clothes, toys, or other items. Their wish list will be linked to their Star number. The results are in: District residents have APPROVED the operating levy to support financial stability and student success in our district! This funding will provide approximately $378,000 each year ($800 per student) for 10 years to keep our schools strong. Thank you to all who voted in this important decision for our schools. We are grateful for the support of our community!

 Don't forget! Tomorrow is Election Day! This is an important community decision -- remind your friends and neighbors and make your voice heard!  All district voters will vote at Win-E-Mac School between 4:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday, November 4. Completed absentee ballots must also be received by tomorrow, Tuesday, November 4 to be counted. Visit ThePatriotPlan.org/vote for details.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Win-E-Mac shall perform a public accuracy test of the voting systems to be used in the November 4, 2025 special election. Please see the letter below for more details.

We are asking for community help! Win-E-Mac is looking to collect non-perishable items during our food drive to assist those in need at this particular time. Items can be dropped off at the Win-E-Mac Office and/or elementary students can bring it in to their classrooms for the teachers to collect. The Win-E-Mac Chapter of the Minnesota Honor Society will still be conducting their annual food drive during the Holiday Season.
