It's always ironic when an insufferable tool calls anyone else an insufferable tool. At least ours got elected into gov't and didn't have to buy his way in.

They're strips of acid-free paper in different widths. The most used width is 1/8th inch. A slotted quilling tool is used to curl the paper, then the artist shapes it and it's glued into place to make a picture. I love making kids' pictures.
