As someone with Borderline Personality Disorder, it's difficult to truly tell people what it's like to have it. Wrote this poem yesterday to try and let out some steam. This month has been pretty sour mentally in terms of paranoid episodes.

It's always crazy to me to watch a vid from a youtuber I like and then get flashbanged by seeing my hometown. Like I was watching one of @melodynosurname.bsky.social vids and in the middle of it I get flashbanged by seeing the Target in my hometown. I was literally this image.
