Today I got released from PT for my shoulder fracture that happened at the end of September. I still have strengthening to do, so so happy with PT at UPMC sports med PTs at Southside.

I love hedgehogs and I found a new one at IKEA on Friday, it came home with me. It makes me smile, something I need right now.
