AI Anecdote.
There are times where I think, ok here's a good use case. I wanted Toast (our POS) to put a sales day in context: what are the top 3 sales days from the last year? Then later I asked top 5 days. It cited two separate sets of days.
Even when I want it to be helpful, it's shit.

My experience with them is not extensive, but as a pedestrian it was remarkable how the only cars following the law were waymos.
I can't speak to the complicated nature of replacing human labor on this, but as someone who almost gets killed daily by cars, I love waymos.

I don't have any studies, but watched as a number of humans took dangerous right on red turns and the waymos followed the laws. But the number of waymo involved accidents is fractions the number of every day human involved accidents.

Yeah, I’ve never worked it out that I was thinking about Eddie Gaven and the whole bit about farming was when he retired young on the podcast I made a joke that it was so that he could go be an organic farmer. And then I convinced myself that that was real.

I think I’ve gone insane or my brain is AI.
I have a distinct memory during the Du Nord podcast days of regularly talking about a Crew HG player with a beard like an indie folk rocker who retired early to go be an organic farmer. And I’ve spent hours looking on wikipedia only to realize I’m mad.
