Neither ICE nor the FL Division of Emergency Management responded to my emails Tuesday about Alligator Alcatraz, but this is one reply I got from Orange County jail that is housing inmates solely on immigration holds before they’re taken into federal custody. www.wesh.com/article/oran... #Florida
