That'd be a pretty hard interpretation of The Witch. Her brother coughs up a whole apple.

And then it doesn't really matter if it's truly supernatural. The movie has supernatural elements whether it's real or an unreliable narrator type thing.

I want to be Dawncaster or Stardew Valley, but I know I'm one of those games you see in ads that look kind of fun after you see it spammed enough, but then you download it and it's just an ad before and after every level and none of the gameplay matches the ads whatsoever.

Nope! Just a lowly photograph. It does have a bit of a painterly quality to it though.
