if i had a prediction, i would assume talarico wins the primary as his “respectability” compared to crockett’s more vulgar/confrontational approach would win over moderates that would have gone to allred as well as because crockett joined the race with like only 3 months to go before the primary

that said, crockett wouldn’t fail in those regards. i dislike her connections to crypto greatly (partly why i am not supporting her) and i also think her status as a polarizing figure in the media would be far easier for the GOP to cash in on as compared to talarico

i think talarico balances the christian voters and progressive voters insanely well and fuses them both together in a way that doesn’t alienate either demographic, and his firmer stance on republicans is much needed in a time where there is such weak leadership in the senate dem caucus
