My reading goal for the year was 10 books when I decided to go back to more frequent reading. It very fast became clear that I will easily achieve that. Before I read like 2-4 books a year for quite some time now. So I updated my reading goal to 20 books, and 5 of them are now finished 🙌🏼

It’s really hard to keep up sleeping routine if your whole week is so exhausting that when you finally find a moment to exist for yourself, should already go to sleep. But you reject the whole thought bc you want time for yourself and the day after you are even more exhausted because you didnt sleep

If you have positive and nice thoughts about people you like, let them know. Don't hold back. Always speak out the beautiful things. People tend to be very vocal about the negative parts of life, but making sure positivity gets spread, honest positive thoughts, is so important and undervalued.
